The Working with Trust Framework™ - NLP Leadership Programme is a practical, accredited leadership development programme designed to help you think clearly, communicate precisely and develop others effectively.

You’ll build and apply practical leadership and coaching skills you can use immediately in real conversations.

Live Online Training (Zoom)

6 x 4-hour sessions
13:00 - 17:00 (UK time)

Assessment & Certification Requirements

To achieve certification, you will be required to:

  • Complete and submit reflections from your journal
  • Complete and submit 5 coaching case studies
    (each case study includes 4 sessions per client) 
  • Be assessed over 4 x 1-hour live coaching sessions with clients

Ongoing Development

All certified NLP Business Practitioners and NLP Business Coaches are encouraged to attend at least six live NLP Business Circle Club Masterclasses as part of their ongoing CPD (Continuous Professional Development).
